• Set up tables: Lay out clean linens, silverware, glassware, and condiments before opening. • Learn the menu: Study daily specials, ingredients, preparation methods, and potential allergens. • Check station readiness: Restock napkins, straws, menus, and side-station supplies. • Greet and seat: Welcome guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and provide menus. • Take orders: Listen to food and drink preferences, record orders accurately via POS systems or notepads, and check for dietary restrictions
